THE EVENT
The Founders Fight Night - the toughest startup pitching competition in town.
Why is it tough? Because no distractions will help the pitching founders. No screen, no slides, no nothing. Just you and your opponent in the ring.
Yes, you’ve read correctly: – each participating startup faces an opponent, and only one can win.
Startups will have to rely on your entrepreneurial fighting spirit. 80% of startups fail within their first year. So toughen up and reap the rewards.
THE rules
Each accepted startup is matched to a worthy but equal opponent.
Matchups are announced three days before the event giving each participant enough time to prepare.
Eligible startups are less than 5 years active on the market.
We will accept ideas that are not executed yet but show significant relevance. The founders compete in three rounds, two minutes each.
THREE ROUNDS TO FAME
First Round: Each startup has one minute to present their case.
Second Round: The red corner attacks the blue corner. Blue Corner defends for one minute.
Third Round: Roles reverse - blue attacks and red defends.
We'll have a count down timer on stage. You get one full minute each - it is not Q&A. Therefore prepare your minute well.
THE decision
After the initial bout, the jury will ask their one-punch questions.
They act as influencers.
The audience will then vote publicly by holding up blue or red cards. Hence bring your friends because there will be only one:
